I suggest you take a little tour here: http://www.dividendes.ch/tutorial/
especially under the indicators sectionHappy reading!
Intéressant merci mais effectivement toujours rien sur la faillite du sous dépositaire étranger. Il faut donc se borner à la réponse un peu floue de Postfinance ci-dessus.
Good morning
see the following linkI only know some of the titles you follow, but you seem to be on the right track.
Hats off to you. Brave to start like this, when the market is very high.
It reminds me of my beginnings in 2000.
You do, however, have the advantage of focusing on stocks that are generally defensive in nature, which limits losses in the event of a decline.
Good luck!Hello Guilhem and welcome to you.
Good luck with your investments and your blog. This is good news because the swissquote platform is well designed.
I recommend this post to you, it covers the subject in detail:

Personally, I recommend PostFinance.Hello badinvest and welcome here
Thank you for your interest in dividendes.ch
Of course there is always an element of doubt and chance, even with dividends, because they depend on profits.
But unlike stock prices, dividends do not vary with market mood, euphoria or panic.
and that's the big plus
and let's not forget that dividends are managed over the long term, so they are not in the same category as those who play on doubt and chance.Interesting, thanks for the feedback.
By the way, do you know if it is possible to trade MLPs with them?I know some of these stocks. Be careful though, apparently you are venturing into a high yield strategy that is not without risk. Also be careful with mortgage REITs, for the same reasons.
First of all, I advise you to read the various posts on the forum or on the site.
some useful links for you:

http://www.dividendes.ch/2011/10/investir-dans-les-dividendes-quels-sont-les-risques/Yes, we must focus above all on defensive titles with low beta and which have not progressed as quickly as the market.
Welcome lvasso
You are in the right place. Happy searching on the forum and on the site. And available if you have any questions.
JeromeGood morning
I bought Senior Housing on April 9th, which seems to me to be an interesting stock. The price has already increased a little since then, but it remains affordable.
